On-site Inspection, Quality Assurance & Quality Surveillance during Construction, Erection of Power (Thermal /Hydro /Gas /Nuclear) ,Iron & Steel plants. Conformity with respect to Approved Drawings / Quality Plan, relevant Codes / Standards / statutory Norms including witnessing / interpretation of all Test results is the core of on-site inspection. Steel structures are thoroughly checked during fabrication for dimensions and welding by NDT methods before erection. Monthly Field Quality Report (FQR) and Vendor Quality Record (VQR) highlight quality improvements brought about.
